SUMMARY:Mini Retreat - Group Experiential at Revolution Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Join Insight Healing Inc on June 12 at Revolution Yoga in Rockville Centre\, Long Island\, for an IHM healing retreat focused on trauma healing\, nervous system education\, stress relief\, and self-healing techniques. IHM is a revolutionary neurobiological method developed over the past 30 years to help reduce stress\, calm racing thoughts\, improve relationships\, and create a more grounded sense of self. \nThis two-and-a-half-hour healing workshop will include an educational talk on the nervous system and trauma\, practical tools for stress management\, and helpful techniques for self-healing. Marianne will answer questions about healing trauma and regulating the nervous system\, followed by a group experiential using her open-eyed hypnosis technique and a closed-eyed guided meditation. All participants will receive a recording of the meditation to revisit and use again. The session will also include breaks\, additional Q&A\, and brief one-on-one time with Marianne for private support.
